Yaşar Doğan was born in 1967 in Kayseri. He has been graduated from Malatya İnönü University, Engineering Faculty.

He deals with tour agency management, tour operation, boutique hotel management and hot air balloon management activities that were collected under Sultanahmet Group of Companies in 2010, and work as the Chairman of Sultanahmet Group of Companies.

He is also a member of the board of management in Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEİK) that TÜMSİAD is a founder member.

Mr. Doğan, that has been assigned for various positions at different levels since establishment of TÜMSİAD, serves as President of TÜMSİAD since year 2015.

Kamil İnce was born in 1967 in İstanbul. He has been graduated from İstanbul Technical University, Engineering Faculty.

He has been working as the Chairman of Kabmak Engineering and Machine Co. Ltd., that produces cable and plastic pipe machines, since 2005.

Mr. İnce, that has been assigned for various positions at different levels since 2010, serves as Vice President of TÜMSİAD since year 2020.

Mevlana Karali was born in 1965 in Rize. He has completed his education in Rize.

He is a shareholder of Karali Group of Companies that has been formed by five individual incorporated companies.

Mr. Karali, that has been assigned for various positions at different levels since 2014, serves as Vice President of TÜMSİAD since year 2020.

Tolga Tunç was born in 1979 in İstanbul. He has been graduated from Northwood University, International Relations and Management Science in the USA.

He is the board member in Süleyman Authomotive Co. Ltd., Ekol Authomotive in Corporated and Auto Part Zone companies that all deals with automotive spare part sector.

He is also a congress member of Fenerbahçe Sports Club and a member of Fenerbahçe Supporters Association.

Mr. Tunç, that has been assigned for various positions at different levels since establishment of TÜMSİAD, serves as Head of Sectoral Councils since 2016, as Vice President of TÜMSİAD since year 2020.

Soner Biber was born in 1971 in İstanbul. He has been graduated from Anadolu University, Public Administration Department.

After working in management positions of various companies, He has established his own group of companies in year 2001, that deals acrylic benches, automobile service and construction business.

Mr. Biber, that has been assigned for various positions at different levels since establishment of TÜMSİAD, serves as member of board since year 2015 and as Head of Organisation Council since year 2020.

Murat Gürbüz was born in 1976 in Sakarya. He has been graduated from İstanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Public Finance Department.

He has been working for Semerkand Radio and Television Incorporated as General Manager. He is also Head of Media Committee in İstanbul Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Gürbüz, that has been assigned for various positions at different levels since establishment of TÜMSİAD, serves as Member of Board since year 2015 and as Head of Corporate Activities and Communication Council since year 2016.

İlyas Öztürk was born in 1977 in Samsun. He has done his master degree in Marmara University, Financial Law Department. He proceeds doing a doctorate degree in Public Finance Department of same University

He has worked for various companies as independent accountant, financial advisor, tax inspector, independent auditor and certified public accountant.

Mr. Öztürk, that has been assigned for various positions at different levels in TÜMSİAD since year 2015, serves as Member of Board since year 2019 and as Head of Financial, Administrative, Social Affairs and Law Council since year 2020.

Fehmi Okuyucu was born in 1980 in Siirt.

He has been dealing with cosmetic sector as Okuyucular Cosmetic Incorporated since 13 years. The Company facilitates with around 400 branches in 35 different countries.

He has also served as Council Member two terms for Gebze Chamber of Commerce .

Mr. Okuyucu, that has been assigned for various positions at different levels since establishment of TÜMSİAD, serves as Member of Board since year 2019 and as Head of Youth Council since year 2020.

Dr. M. Osman Kurtkan Kapıcıoğlu was born in 1963 in Ankara. He has graduated from Ankara University and completed his master and doctorate degrees in Hacettepe University.

He has worked in management positions of various public institutions and private sector companies.

He has retired from Yıldız Technical University in 2014, that he has been working as an academic.

Mr. Kapıcıoğlu serves as Secretary General and Member of Board since year 2014.

Eyüp Topal was born in 1966 in İstanbul. He graduated from Uludağ University, Faculty of Education, Biology Department.

After working in various positions of several national newspapers for two and a half years, he has become a founder of Alçam Contruction Materials that is a aggregate incorporation. Now, he is the Chairman of Seycan Ceramic that is his family’s own business.

Mr. Topal, that has been assigned for various positions at different levels since the establishment of TÜMSİAD, and serves as Member of Board since year 2015.

Recep Yeşilyurt was born in 1984 in Trabzon. He has completed his education in Trabzon.

He is Vice Chairman of Çavuşoğlu Yemenler Construction Incorporated.

He is a Committee Member of Istanbul Chamber of Commerce.

Nezir Yeşilyurt was born in 1982 in Batman. He graduated from Kırıkkale University, Faculty of Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department.

He has worked for a company producing medical devices as R&D Director between 2006-2008. He has been dealing with medical devices and sector in Ankara and Batman.

Feridun Girgin was born in 1975 in Kütahya. He graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Law.

He has begun his attorneyship profession in 1998 and established his own law firm in order to serve business world.

Mehmet Türker was born in 1960 in Erdemli/Mersin. He graduated from Karadeniz Technical University, Faculty of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Department in 1983.

He has begun his professional business life in 1985.

Mr. Türker, that has founded TÜMSİAD Mersin Branch, worked as Branch Chairman between 2008-2019, and serves as Member of Board since year 2019.

Abdulbaki Fil was born in 1974 in Rize. He has completed his education in Rize.

He has founded Fil Currency Incorporated in 1992, Karanfil Currency Incorporated in 1995, Karanfil Jewellery in 2001 and Nayla Jewellery and Watches Co. Ltd. in 2003.

Mr. Fil, that has been assigned for various positions in many NGOs, serves as Member of Board since year 2020.

Mehmet Atmaca was born in 1974 in Çaykara, Trabzon. He has completed his education in Trabzon.

He deals with petroleum products distribution and large and small ruminant breeding.

Mehmet Sadık Sade was born in 1965 in Şanlıurfa.

He has served as Şanlıurfa Municipality Council Member between 2009-2014. He is currently Council Member of Şanlıurfa Chamber of Commerce and Industry and also Chairman of Beysade Construction Co. Ltd.

Mr. Sade, that has founded TÜMSİAD Şanlıurfa Branch, worked as Branch Chairman between 2010-2019, and serves as Member of Board since year 2020.

Ömer Gürler was born in 1980 in Ereğli, Zonguldak. He has graduated from Ondokuz Mayıs University, Business Administration Department.

He has worked as Finance Director and Employer Representative in textile sector for ten years. He is currently the Chairman of Gürler Global Merchandising Incorporated that deals with e-commerce and merchandising and embodies the brand name Bebegen.

Mr. Gürler, that has founded TÜMSİAD Düzce Branch and worked as Branch Chairman, serves as Member of Board since year 2020.
